He gave me an estimate and I accepted and his office called to set up a time to do the work. The technican arrived at the agreed time and completed the work, showed me how to open panel and explained the breakers he had labeled for me. The office had taken care of obtaing the work permit and arranged for the inspector to come out. All of this was completed in a week.
