"What they did for me was to raise and level my floors and install a floor joist where there had never been one. My home is 114 years old and has been neglected. After the initial work was done, I wasn't "happy" and had questions about how and why things were done, within 24 hours of voicing my concerns Tony, Ryan and Chris were at my front door. They explained the changes and showed me a problem I still had but will be solved when I have my new flooring installed. 2 day later Chris and his crew (I wasn't home, so I am not sure who all came with him). came out and resolved my concerns and went beyond what I expected them to do."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"After my Father passed away, and while I was getting ready to sell his house, I noticed the floors did not seem level and they seemed to be getting increasingly worse. I called Advanced Foundation Repair & Replacement to see if they could fix the problem. The owner, Frank Matyiko, came to the house the very next day and diagnosed the problem.  He concluded that the main structural support beam was a rotting wood beam and that it needed to be replaced with an engineered approved steel beam that could support the weight of the floor. I decided to take his advice and proceed. The owner, Frank Matyiko, came out the following week and performed the work in a timely and professional manner.
Advanced Foundation Repair & Replacement leveled the floors with the steel I beam and concreted steel column posts in the basement floor to help support the floor. The floors are perfectly level now.  The team cleaned the job site and were very polite.
Calling Advanced Foundation Repair & Replacement was the best thing I could have done.  During a very stressful time, they came in, gave me great advise, got the job done in a reasonable time so I could proceed with the sale.

"If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We bought a house that ended up being a surprise fixer-upper. We thought paint and new flooring would be the extent of our home improvements but as we got into "demo" we found problem after problem. We were very discouraged because the problems were more than we could handle. I called 7 contractors and only 2 called me back. Luckily for us, one of them Bryant Construction. The positive, can-do attitude that Nich and Scott came in with, was exactly what we needed, to know that it was all going to be ok. They did it ALL for us. They tore down walls, built walls, fixed electrical, fixed plumbing issues, added can lights and ceiling fans, fixed floor joists, laid flooring, textured walls, did trim work, fixed window issues and so much more. They came up with solution after solution for ALLLL of the problems they ran into with this house. Also, they are fantastic people. They are honest, reliable, trust worthy, positive, funny and most importantly, they LISTENED TO WHAT WE WANTED. They were also respectful of our budget and timeline. "We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."
