Saddlebrooke, Missouri is an upscale residential development off Highway 65 between Springfield and Branson, where my wife and I were going to build a house on a beautiful idyllic lot overlooking pristine Bull Creek. You should avoid staining your fence during hot weather or when it’s raining, because heat and moisture can make the stain dry unevenly. Typically, spring and fall are the best seasons for a fence-staining project.

There’s no single paint that’s the most waterproof. Instead, there are several types of waterproof and water-resistant paints that suit different purposes. Epoxy paint, for instance, is commonly used to provide a waterproof coating to floors and decks. Masonry paint is an excellent choice for exterior walls. Meanwhile, there are waterproof acrylic paints that can be used for interior and exterior walls.
