I own and old Victorian home and paint was chipped badly on the Eastside. The few people who I called did not want the job and gave an astronomical price. Gary not only was willing to do the job, he also gave a fair price. I was more than pleased with the final product.

They were a day late in starting and the job was not completed. They did not remove all the trimming or the existing brush pile we agreed on. U fortunaely, I left it up to someone else to pay them.

They had put the chip in and I got them to take it back out again because it was too costly. They originally told me it was a free estimate and when they came out they told me it costs, but I didn't pay anything for it.

Dale's men did a great job in the yard work and removal.  He removed all the leaf and trimming of brush. The yard was mulched and looked very good after he was finished.  They worked in a timely manner.  I would have Dale back again for other services as needed.

Overall cleaning was ok, but I had to go back over more soiled areas with cleaner and a scrub brush which greatly improved result. I had used another company for our previous home with much better result. Their tech used a hand held scrub brush on heavy soiled areas with much better end result.
