"Excellent experience. Drake arrived as scheduled and went to work immediately. He sealed off the bathroom which kept dust from escaping. The process took about hours. We had a yellow cultured marble roman tub, which had a large step (which was dangerous) to enter the tub.  We removed the step, made a wood side panel for the tub, retiled the floor area where the step had been, installed marble around the top of the tub, and then had Miracle Method spray the interior of the tub to make it white.

Bob came to bid the job and provided very complete prices for the different options we were considering.  Very professional and a wealth of information.

Cory was our technician.  He was excellent, fast, on time and meticulous.  He explained everything, and was excellent at protecting the surroundings.  We are so very pleased with the result.  He is a gem!

We were told by others that there was nothing that we could do except replace the tub and estimates were around $5000! The next day, the serviceman Eli showed up, right on time, and was as pleasant as could be. After a few hours, the tub looks brand new, no sign of rust, and within a couple of days we will be able to use the tub again.
