"Allen was responsive right away via email and text message. He was on-time and/or early for estimate and on the work day. Bathroom and floor look incredible. He installed a product called enduroshield (sp?). It works as promised. Water beads right off of tile and grout, it's amazing to watch. There were some stains and he said there would be an extra charge for that and he told me right upfront what that would be. He did a good job of getting the stains out on the floors.
