Craig was amazing to work with. He fit me in his schedule real quick. Everything looks great. His price was lower that my other quotes, the product is of high quality. Extremely satisfied. The job was finished up just in time to see my gutters in action - as it started to rain.

They came and finished the job exactly as desribed for the lowest price that I could find.  No problems.

They were very reliable and professional. They cleaned everything up. They were on time. They were the cheapest estimate in the area. They did a good job. I would use them again.

This went very well. 

I found them on Angie's List with recommendations and called.  Left a message that was returned within the same day, talked over the phone about what we wanted.  While I was a work, they went to our house, measured and left an estimate with prices and gutter/downspout color selections they had which would work with our house exterior. 

I delayed the process because I learned that I needed Neighborhood Association permission for adding gutters, which took an additional three or so weeks.  Entirely my fault, but Cravin honored their estimate pending approval and installed (again, while I was at work).  Gutters look and work fine, no need for me to be there while they worked and aside from the new gutters/downspouts, I wouldn't have know they were there the day they installed. 

We are very happy with their work.

All three employees were friendly and did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable and it looks great.

Cravin Bros. responded to our request for an estimate right away. They gave us a fair price and explained what they recommended we do and why along with a write up of that estimate and a schematic showing where the work would be done. Once we had our other estimates, we called and scheduled an appointment for the work to be done the following week. They came on time in the morning, performed the work, cleaned up, and were done by noon. The gutters matched our soffits perfectly, they look great and work! And our soffits no longer flap in the wind. We would use them again.

Cravin Brothers gave us an initial estimate on new leaf guard gutters for our house and garage. The initial estimate missed one area, but they were good about revising the estimate. The official written estimates were a little on the later side (promised Friday or Monday, received on Wednesday), but the estimate came in dramatically lower than the other two estimates we received for the same product. They were very knowledgeable about the key issues we raised, and we happy to help us choose the right product. They didn't push for higher-end materials (even though that's what we went with), and gave us estimates for both options (including the Angie's List discount). It took a few tries calling to set up a good time for installation, but they arrived on the agreed-on date on time. Installation was quick and efficient, very professional, no debris left to clean up or trampled flowers. The gutters have survived the rain-test, and look great. We are very happy with our experience with Cravin Brothers.

We came to know of them through Angie?s List. They were prompt and on time. They had finished the job faster than we thought they would.

Janine came out last fall and gave us a bid on removing our old gutters prior to construction and also for installing new gutters and covers upon completion of the remodeling. She was very punctual in getting an estimate out to us. We needed to start construction sooner than their schedule would allow them to remove the old gutters, so we had another company take them down. We did like the bid we received from Janine, as well as the design of the Leafree gutter covers, so we decided to go with Cravin Bros. to install the new ones. They were very flexible in terms of the installation date, since we had no idea when our construction would be completed, and they were willing to hold the price that they quoted us. Installation went very smoothly, and Craig had good ideas when it came to downspout placement. Nice job.

They did the work and it turned out fine. If needed, I would use them in the future.

As far as I'm concerned, they do excellent work! They are reasonably priced and are very timely. I plan on using them again soon.

Called them up to have them give me a quote. They came out the very next day but they ended up quoting to much. My fault for not explaining completely. Called them back up the next day and they gave me a new price over the phone. Told them that I wanted them to do the work and they came out the next day. My father in law was over who used to install gutters and watched them do the work and was very impressed with the craftsmanship.

Their price was reasonable. They were very friendly and dependable. I got the impression that they are not a big corporation, and the owner himself comes out to do the work. I really liked the whole situation. They were on time and gave a good quote.

It was difficult to get a price because apparently the original bid I got turned out to be inaccurate. Once I was able to understand the pricing for various options, it was easy to decide on my options. The installation took less than a day. They used high quality materials and appeared to do a good job. I had a problem in one area where roof water, due to a sagging roof, wasn't reaching the gutter properly. I had to wait about 3 weeks to get them to return to fix the problem. Overall I think they are a good company to work with and I was pleased with their materials and work.

They did the entire job very professionally and were very responsive to my requests for special details in the fascia covering part of the job.

The estimate was prompt and reasonable. Communication was generally via answering machines but that worked fine. The work was quick with good clean-up. The gutters have been working beyond our expectations.

We were very pleased with our experience. They showed up on time for preparing the estimate and also for doing the work. Friendly and prompt in returning calls. Cravin Bros. was very competitive in their bidding and substantially beat some of the larger gutter companies in price. Don't expect a fancy sales pitch from a sales person with a four color brochure and lots of unnecessary audio visual aids -- this appears to be a small family company, and the guys who do the estimates appear to be the guys who actually do the work. In fact, the representative even convinced me that I didn't need some of the add-ons strongly suggested by at least one other bidder, thereby saving some money. Overall, this appears to be a local company operated by local guys that are timely, professional, honest and appear to do good quality work. In this day and age, I couldn't ask for more. Thanks.

Very positive. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would.

It usually took a while to receive a call back, and several days seemed average. The estimate also took a few weeks to obtain. The employees I spoke with were always polite. The price for the gutter replacement was quite reasonable, which is why we went with this company. We did have quite a bit of debris left behind in our yard, including build up from inside the old gutters, asphalt, sharp metal clips and screens from the old gutters. Some decisions about downspout replacement were made without consulting us, and I would have liked to have been able to add my input in the decision. Finally, we have a lot of dripping at joints and over the top with our new gutters. It has not been a big problem yet, but I would not expect to see such significant dripping with brand new gutters.

Craig was really professional. Him and his crew were there when they said they would be and were very pleasant. This is the second time we've used them and we are very pleased. They moved the placement of some of our gutters so that our neighbors (as well as ourselves) had less chance of getting water in our basements. The only possible weakness in their job was that they left some waste in the yard (mainly build-up from the old gutters mixed with some roofing material--asphalt) and that we'll have to repaint a small part of our trim b/c they had difficulty getting a gutter off at that point. Overall, we were very impressed with their services.

ON TIME, ON DATE SEEMED A FAIR PRICE. OFFERED (WHEN I ASKED) TO DO ADDITIONAL WORK NEXT SPRING. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HIS (& HIS ASSISTANT'S) WORK. I ONLY WISH THEY'D NOT LEFT SHARP METAL SCRAPS IN THE YARD WHERE A GRANDDAUGHTER NEXT SUMMER MIGHT CUT FOOT.

PHONE CONTACT WAS ALWAYS SEVERAL DAYS BEHIND, BUT SOMEONE ALWAYS CALLED US BACK. VERY EASY TO WORK WITH THEM. THEY PROMPTLY CAME OUT AND COMPLETED AN ESTIMATE, WHICH THEY MAILED TO US. CALLED BACK AND LET THEM KNOW WE NEEDED TO HOLD OFF THE WORK FOR SEVERAL WEEKS WHILE WE HAD SOME OTHER WORK DONE TO THE HOUSE. THEY WERE VERY AGREEABLE TO THIS. THE CREW WHO DID THE INSTALL WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. GUTTER INSTALL WENT OFF WITHOUT A HITCH AND LOOKS GREAT. IT RAINED SEVERAL DAYS LATER AND THE GUTTERS WORKED FINE.
