"This was the second project that Genadek was hired for.  The reason Genadek was rehired to do work that no other contractor seemed to want to take on was because the company delivers what it says it will.  The first project was an extensive drain tile system with permeable pavers and a french drain, which has provided a beautiful place to entertain as well as much needed management of a high water table.  And when Genadek encountered issues with the high water table, they researched and came up with a plan - a plan that became the solution we had been searching for going on 6 years.

Tony Cordes and Lasting Impressions Landscape restored our faith in landscape contractors. The water feature design and end result are absolutely gorgeous. The retaining walls and walk ways not only added function and beauty but enhanced the value of our property. If mother nature ever stops this winter - we will take some photos and post - they are gorgeous.  It is always fun to see neighbors and friends as they see the yard for the first time - eyes pop wide open - just another validation to us that we made the right choice for a landscape contractor.
