127 In the fall of 2021, this company did a "fall clean-up" at our lake home and charged us $289.00 which was a reasonable price and comparable to other lawncare companies. One complaint was that they hit our bird feeder which was mounted on a 2x4, broke the 2x4 off and let it lay in our yard....

I let him complete his pitch and he gave me a quote (with out asking me any questions) and he proudly stated "for my zip code the price is $599". I politely declined. The reason I originally called was thought it was more of a local company than the franchise competitors. However, the phone number area they called me from was 508 are code which is Massachusetts and I'm in Minnesota. I think I'll keep looking for another company to do this work."
