"Overall was a great experience, I learned a lot of useful knowledge about the company and the windows they had to offer. I signed a contract with the Sales Consultant James Callahan in January of 2024. From my understanding, at that time they were short handed on a Production Manager, so they had a PM come out from another state and he had miss measured all 21 of my windows. Long story short they had to reorder all of them and get them shipped so they could get them installed. Original install date was suppose to be in April but finally got them installed in August by Rick. Rick did a fantastic job installing and I would highly recommend this company, their product, and their installation crews. I can already tell that these windows make a night and day difference in efficiency and with keeping the house quieter from all the traffic outside.
