From my understanding, at that time they were short handed on a Production Manager, so they had a PM come out from another state and he had miss measured all 21 of my windows. Long story short they had to reorder all of them and get them shipped so they could get them installed. Original install date was suppose to be in April but finally got them installed in August by Rick. Rick did a fantastic job installing and I would highly recommend this company, their product, and their installation crews. "This was a tough job. there was two layers of shingles to tear off. Roof was 1x6 pine boards some of which had to be replaced because they were either broken or rotted. There was a repaired chimney that had to be new flashing on it and a new cricket built. Shingles butted up against existing walls where new flashing was put on without tearing the siding off. All the guys worked very hard and there was no screwing around. Very professional work and done the certified way. I spent 40 years in construction, so I know good work when I see it. Thanks Steven!
