As he was leaving and after I'd paid, I asked him if he might be able to do one more thing: switch my conference room door knob, which had a lock I didn't need, with my office door knob, which didn't have a lock and needed one. He was nice enough to stick around for another 10 minutes to do it for me, then didn't want to charge me for it. Can't say enough about Eddie.
