They worked very hard to install Waterguard in the concrete floors inside around the foundation to the sump pump basket. They also installed Geo-lock anchors to support a block wall that was bowed. "Poor communication before and during, they came late and did a rush job, they didn't hang all 150 feet of lights that we paid for prior to them schedling and we ended up paying double with the extra charges after they were "done", we do not feel it is no where CLOSE to what we explained to them nor what we paid. We will not be contacting Angi's list or contacting any one through them again. "

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
