"JANINE WAS VERY PLEASANT ON THE PHONE WHEN I FIRST CALLED. THE ESTIMATE WAS DONE WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS AND MAILED TO MY HOUSE. I CALLED BACK TO REQUEST ONE CHANGE AND HAD THE NEW ESTIMATE THE NEXT DAY. THE WORK WAS SCHEDULED FOR THREE WEEKS AFTER I RETURNED MY ESTIMATE (WE WERE IN NO HURRY). THE MONDAY OF THE WEEK THE WORK WAS SCHEDULED THEY CALLED AND GAVE ME THE ESTIMATED DAY AND TIME OF THEIR ARRIVAL, DEPENDING ON WEATHER, ETC. THEY ARRIVED ON THE SCHEDULED DATE, ON TIME AND HAD MY NEW GUTTERS INSTALLED IN A FEW HOURS. THE GUTTERS LOOK SO GREAT, MOST PEOPLE DON'T EVEN NOTICE THEM (THE COLOR MATCH IS PERFECT)! THE YARD WAS VERY CLEAN. YOU WOULD NOT EVEN KNOW THEY HAD BEEN HERE, IF NOT FOR OUR BEAUTIFUL NEW GUTTERS. WE WERE VERY PLEASED AND WOULD DEFINITELY WORK WITH CRAVIN BROS. AGAIN."
