"They had a total of four employees come out and it took a couple of weeks to complete due to the drying of the stucco. You will get good workers. They didn't give a good heads up when showing up but it didn't cause any problems. This is a relevant problem with any construction company though."

Our unit was located on the roof and they were able to carry it to the top without renting a crane. They also took care of the old unit.
