Best computer repair technicians near New Germany, MN

"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. I highly recommend Mike's company to anyone looking for an honest, reputable computer repair person."

"They drove from St Paul to Chanhassen to pick up my computer, then returned it to me once fixed, on Sunday! No charge for the pick up/delivery. Kept me informed throughout the repair. Excellent customer service and attitude. Highly recommend them."

"Diagnosed and repaired the computer for an elderly client. Simplified the log-in interface. Came to his house. Very responsive and hard working. Quick turnaround. Kaarin"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Every time he comes, we have 7 computers and he checks and updates everything and fixes everything that others couldn't fix. he configures the whole network in the house to make sure that all our computer are all hooked up and communicating with the network. he is clean, careful, and very professional with his work. We couldn't find anyone as competent as Mr. Caughman. He pricing is honest and reasonable."

"I have had a contract with My Computer Works for almost a year and have called them for remote help at least 20 times. The techs are professional and highly efficient in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of problems, both simple and complex. Bless them!"

"It was so simple. I turned on my computer and they did all the repairs and tune up from their location. I was so happy not to have to drag my computer all over town. I called them because my printer wouldn't print correctly and the computer was crashing all the time. Both problems were fixed! It was totally worth the money.
