Zoleto Landscaping is a local company that believes the customer should always come first. We want to give our customers a high level product while having fun transforming your yard into the yard of your dreams. With employees and management that have been in the landscaping business for well over a decade we can provide expert level insight.
"Zoleto had recently done a great job on our back yard, so I had them come to dig the large hole for a dry well. This was a small job, so Luis had to work us into his schedule. He and his crew made sure they understood what I wanted to do, and they completed the job in just a couple of hours, working by hand to minimize damage to the surrounding lawn. Cleanup was superb. I will certainly call them whenever I need landscape work."

Our contractors specialize in all your home improvement needs. (Roofing, siding, decks, drywall, whole home remodels.) We have quality contractors on staff to get your job done right and on time call us for free quote today.
"Unprofessionalism at a level I couldn’t have imagined. We were promised that our projects (new deck, floors & cabinets) would be finished by 10/31/18 and as of today 6 months later, we’re still sitting with unfinished projects, trash and debris all over our front and back yards, and work that may not even be up to code. We’ve had dozens of timelines and revised timelines that they’ve completely blown past and we have no idea if they’ll ever finish what they started. We’ve had to pour countless hours of our own time and thousands of our own funds to try to remedy what they’ve done and it will likely be more once this is all said and done. I wish I could go back in time and warn myself, but instead I’ll warn you."

"We had a patio and fire pit installed in 2021 by Mike and his crew. I was sent to pick out the paver and fire pit stone styles and sent all the information to Mike. Weeks go by (supply shortage/issues from the pandemic) and the pavers come in the “grand” size version of the pavers I sent him. He apologized and said we could reorder the other size but it would take weeks and, because they were smaller, it would be more expensive for installation. Annoying. We decided to go ahead, despite them not having the texture we would have gone with if ordering the grand size (we decided on smooth for the smaller size and if we would have went with the larger “grand” size, would have done textured). Not a great way to start the project. The pavers go in and we find the fire pit was installed with the wrong stones as well. We ordered tumbled, they installed smooth. Couldn’t really go back since everything was glued down. Not sure why I even bothered picking the materials out to begin with? Another disappointment, especially with such a large investment. They had some pretty awful cuts at first in the border and came back to fix those for the most part. Next issue was the sand - they tried a new brand on our patio and the sand needed to be installed at least 3 separate times because it would fail and come out of the cracks with any rain/water. The rock beds we agreed upon were not prepped, leaving me with the job of moving all of the topsoil from the driveway to the backyard. This wouldn’t have been as big of a deal if not for the steep slope and lack of gate since we couldn’t walk on that side of the house until the ground firmed up again and the new grass had a chance to grow. I actually had to remove part of our fence on the other side and make a ramp for the wheelbarrow. It would have taken them maybe 10 minutes using the bobcat as we originally planned. In addition, the fire pit ring stone cracked within a few months due to the internal ring (or entire fire pit installation) being off-center and putting pressure on it during the winter. They also damaged our tree with the bobcat. We had a new fire pit ring installed by the crew that remains unglued, cracked pavers and a fence gate that is still much lower and difficult to open/latch after they replaced it following finished the patio. Our fence was also damaged by the bobcat. I wish I didn’t have to write this, but I’ve reached out to Mike each summer to try to resolve these issues and he has now stopped responding entirely. We were told there is a 5-year warranty and clearly that is not honored by this company. Would not recommend."

Low-voltage landscape lighting costs about $120 per fixture to install. You may need to install a 12-volt transformer, too, to ensure the lighting system runs safely. For a six-fixture low-voltage landscape lighting setup, expect to pay around $1,000. A major reason people choose low-voltage landscape lighting is to reduce the risk of shock, making it safer to operate the outdoor lighting system.
Professional landscape lighting is typically worth the investment to improve your home’s curb appeal, safety, and security. Additionally, landscape lighting can add value to your home, creating a brightly-lit outdoor space that you can use after dark. According to the National Association of Realtors, landscaping lighting can add $2,500 to your home’s value. On average, this type of home improvement has a 50% return on investment.
There are tons of different types of landscape lighting available, including the choice between solar and wired, incandescent and LED, and a variety of colors. Specific types of lighting include:
Pathway lights: $50–$150 per fixture
String lights: $50–$150
Low-voltage lights: $90–$150 per fixture
Porch lights: $65–$250 per fixture
Floodlights: $75–$250 per fixture
Downlights: $100–$400 per fixture
Uplights: $100–$400 per fixture
Security lights: $ 350–$500 per fixture
Lamp posts: $400–$1,100 per lamp post
Landscape lighting costs about $4,000 on average, ranging from $2,000 to $6,000, depending on the amount of lighting, type of lights, and your location. Additional cost factors include any electrical work, excavation and trenching, and the current landscaping that the contractor has to work around. You can expect to pay an average of $100 for pathway and string lighting, and about $700 for lamp post lighting.
The five common types of landscape lighting are up-lighting, down-lighting, spotlights, built-in lighting, and pathway lighting.
Up-lighting casts light upwards from the ground, mostly for aesthetic purposes.
Down-lighting directs light onto the ground, lighting pathways, or outdoor space.
Spotlights cast direct, focused lighting in any direction.
Built-in lighting integrates lighting into an outdoor feature.
Pathway lighting illuminates walkways, increasing safety.
