Killed patches of my yard and landscaping! Hire with caution! Blue Skies power washed my house and washed my windows. Everything looked great! ...for 2 days... Then the issues started 1. A large dead patch in my grass appeared, right where the power washer sat post power washing (while he washed the windows) 2. Streaks of dead grass where the power washer hose had set all around my house/yard appeared 3. Any part of my landscaping within a foot of the house is showing damage/is dead!! Obviously, a mistake had been made. They confirm that yes-a chemical agent that should not have been used, was added to the power washer. To fix it, they sent the same technician back to put down grass seed (that I now need to water and keep alive), and sent me a $200 check to cover replacement landscaping. I am shocked that they believe $200 will cover the costs, so I hired a landscaper to quote the replacement costs, and the quote came back at $620. I sent the quote to them and they had the nerve to ask for additional quotes. Are you kidding me?? 5 plants are completely dead and numerous others have damaged spots that won’t look right until next year (hopefully!). Not worth the trouble. I’d rather have dirty windows than deal with this.

It was easy to make an appointment, which was verified the day before they would come. They showed up on time and were very quick, professional, efficient and friendly. They informed me of a couple problems they found while working (that they were not licensed to fix). They hauled away the waste and left everything as they found it. Very happy with the service.

Nice job. 3 hours of a single guy cleaning cost me $400. That is simply way too much. Oro gina estimate was for my whole house and it turned out they miscalculated and could only do 75% of the windows for th at amount.

I called to make an appointment and was given a date in the same week. The window washer arrived on time on the date arranged. He counted the windows and gave me the amount it would cost. I went ahead with the appointment since the estimated amount was what I expected. The young man was professional and very pleasant. When he was near me in cleaning the windows he chatted about various things going on the area such as the Minnesota State Fair. The work was finished in a timely manner. However, I didn't notice a couple windows that had streaks after the fact. Overall it was a good job and I would hire them again.

Missed one entire patio door completely, inside and out. Dripped all over wood and tile floors and sills and didn't wipe up. Missed many areas on many windows. Just didn't look real clean on close expection against the light. Streaks, smears etc. Also, outside trampeled several plants in the garden down to the dirt! I thought they went too fast and obviously didn't do a great job.I wouldn't hire again.

Not a “raving fan,” certainly won't be recommending. Per a DETAILED conversation with your representative to obtain a rough estimate, we were informed upon arrival of crew that our bill was going to be DOUBLE what we were quoted. Ended up being “discounted” and still almost $100 more than estimate. Initial quote was based on specific, detailed information, including EXACT type of windows (double hung, storms, screens) and the number of windows. In fact, the quote was based on a count that included more windows than were actually cleaned. A reputable thing to do would have been to admit mistake of employee and honor the original estimate. This service was beyond what we wanted to pay, and we had obtained similar estimates from other reputable companies. Wish we would have chosen a different company!
