Each & every job has the presence of the business owner- with 30 years experience- to make sure the job is done top-notch. We use employees, both full time & part time, depending on season & amount of work. We do sub out the plumbing & electrical (as required by law)- they submit their own permits & inspections. We offer in-house design by appointment. We service the entire Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area, including all suburbs extending to a radius of 50 miles. We will soon be offering our "0" Energy Home, custom designed by owner which will be available late Fall for both new construction homes, as well as existing homes. Currently being implemented in commercial field. Watch for this "ground-breaking event."

Storage limitations and separation of activities (for example, keeping the kid’s playroom away from the dining room) are other reasons some homeowners are opting out of an open floor plan.
