good workmanship and quality. Very good subs used on project & open to owners own ideas at prior and during contract signing
Cons:
un-organized, Casimir (owner) was not supervising subs or work done and was not on site during remodel which cause back charges and some were taken back after re-visiting contract.
Some work not finished or done at all per scope (electrical), hard to get hold of
owner ā corresponded mainly with me by e-mail & responds rarely to phone/text.
Advice : hire only if you are expirienced in most remodel areas and
willing to oversea your own project & spend a good amount of time on it for
project lead/organization. Make your own detailled scope for the contract.
Bottom line - there were no surprises, the work was well done, and we are very happy with our new kitchen and dining room. We will use Transform Design Solutions again.
