Once we selected the stone, Jamie made a site visit to measure the fireplace and walk us through the process. From the day we signed the contract to the date of the install, he was prompt and courteous. The mason crew Jamie works with, were prompt, courteous and did outstanding work. "They removed the asbestos tile in the basement and the glue underneath it. They sealed everything up, about 600 sq. feet of tile. It took about a day and a half to complete the project. I have no complaints with it at all. They were quick, prompt, and pleasant to deal with."
