We were told work would begin in about 8 weeks and would take only 9-10 days to complete. It has now been over 6 months and we still can’t get a start date. "I hired Randy’s to fix a recurring electrical issue that was cutting power to the upper floor of my home, and to install two new circuits, work completed over two visits about a week apart. The new circuits seem to work fine, but the original issue persists—despite spending over $5,000, including $1,000+ on diagnostics. The electrician spent about 45 minutes on the initial assessment, then replaced some wiring and breakers. The problem reoccurred before the second visit, which I reported by phone, but he was unaware of it when he arrived. He did minimal follow-up, blamed CFL bulbs, and later suggested the issue might be with outlet or switch connections—something I believe should have been checked from the start. The issue has since returned again, and after three follow-up calls in three days, I’ve received no response. On the positive side, the crew was professional, worked in a difficult attic space, and cleaned up well. Still, I expected better troubleshooting, communication, and post-service support for what I paid."
