As soon as he came, he very professionally measured all areas of the decking, noticed any problem areas and was very very understanding when I advised that we were under time pressure and the we needed the decking to be safe for when my mom returned from hospital, Stephen was here to do the job and finish the job....giving priority as needed for her safety.
