So the true test was to make sure that both helicopters would not get stock between the gutter. Their covers to the gutter are great. Both helicopters did not get stuck to the covers. "We've hired A Step Up for at least three years now, spring and fall, to clean our exterior windows and gutters. They have always done a nice job, cleaned up gutter debris and been responsive to concerns. A picture window was missed last year and they promptly returned to clean it when I pointed out the oversight. Their overall price is competitive. I have noticed that they do not accept the Angie's List coupons/discounts if your home falls under their 'minimum order'. Our home is ~ 2,300 square feet, so not huge, but we do have a lot of windows (~30), so I was surprised that we fell into the 'minimum order' category. Nice work for a competitive price - I would recommend them."
