"We got our windows done by Dabella this winter. We went with the triple pane windows and couldn't be happier with our decision. There were many color/design options and we got exactly what I was looking for. I appreciated the Dabella salesman's design/professional recommendations and walking us through each step of the process. For example, he recommended the kitchen window open up and down instead of left and right which it was before. I can see our backyard instead of a wooden bar while doing dishes now. I noticed a huge difference in the quality and look compared to our old windows. When I first came home after the install, I literally said “I can see out of our windows so well!” I didn't even realize how bad our old windows were until that moment. Our energy bill has gone down over $100 a month since the install. Besides the savings, our house feels so much better. It feels cool on hot days and warm & cozy on cold days. This is even with our curtains wide open to get natural light"

"Our project was actually a crawlspace encapsulation. We have a lake cabin that was built in the 1960's. It had a dirt floor in the crawlspace with bare block masonry foundation walls. It also had old, damp batt insulation that was falling down from the joist spaces. American Waterworks came in, removed the old insulation (a nasty job!), laid down a 2 layer moisture barrier system and spray foamed the foundation walls and rim joist area. I can't believe what a difference this has made to our air quality, much warmer floors. We used to have to wipe down the windows every morning during the winter because of condensation. Not any more! I would highly recommend this company if you have the same needs!!"

Andy come to our home to look at our remaining windows, get us set up with new windows, & schedule the installation. Instead of just focusing on the remaining windows needing replacement he first checked the windows that had been replaced last year. "I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

"Pretty good deal for $100 up front. The 5 included sensors cover my doors/sliders. We were disappointed that the mobile app functionality isn't included with the base monitoring plan after the first month. And my bathroom door sensor only works half the time. They told us that the dog (a little mini-poodle) wouldn't set off the motion sensor but she does - so we don't ever use it which leaves us exposed if someone comes in thru a window. But for basic coverage at $35 a month its not a bad deal. I like that its cellular (no land line needed) and self-installation was easy with their excellent phone app. I may upgrade the system at some point with window sensors, glass break sensor, front door camera."
