"This guy did an excellent job much better than I anticipated. He talked quite a bit but kept working at the same time. His method was better than I anticipated and he cleaned more carpet than we requested for the same price."

"Jeremy showed up right on time. He cleaned the carpet so quietly and efficiently even our normally high strung dog didn't notice him much. He was up front about the things that could and couldn't be fixed and knowledgeable about cleaning carpet. We even had Pad Injection done at the site of a couple of really bad pet soiling areas. The whole house smells nice and clean now, and the carpets look great. There were a few spots that couldn't be gotten totally clean due to abuse on our part (really we should vacuum more often) but it looks fantastic. He took extra time at the end with his UV light to look for any remaining pet stains."

"Mikre did an amazing job in assessing the condition of two small decks that I have, giving a variety of options for cleaning and repair. Once we decided on a course of action, they kept me in the loop and did great work. Even when a couple of things came up that we hadn't originally planned on, we were able to figure out cost-effective changes. I would have them out again in a heartbeat."

"This was such an incredible experience. I loved working with Jake and his team. It was easy to schedule and he communicated so well throughout the whole experience. I had never had my house professionally cleaned and he guided me through the whole process. Working full time and having a 1 year old things get busy and cleaning becomes something that is often put on the back burner. Jake did an immaculate job on my house and he was so fast! I will continue to use him in the future and recommend him to all my friends and family."

"We ended up going a different direction with our project so we didn’t hire SoS to do our cleaning unfortunately as I’m sure they would have been great if the quality of their work was anything like their customer service on the phone. They responded super fast and got us on the books almost immediately. They were also very understanding and professional when we called to cancel our appointment. If our current direction doesn’t end up working out we will be calling SoS back!"

"Wendy was great and very thorough - she notices the little details that really make a difference in cleanliness."
