"I used this company in the 1990s to clean some upholstery and my carpeting and they did a great job. Then I somehow got the idea they no longer did residential (which is incorrect). I had other companies "clean" my carpet and was always disappointed. in 2022, I decided to ask if they did residential - they had never stopped! They came out and did and estimate and cleaned my carpets, including some beautiful wool carpet. They had to use the portable unit die to my condo configuration, but they did a great job. I couldn't believe how much dirt came out. The carpets dried quickly and felt soft and clean. Now, a year later, they came out again and I had perfect carpeting again. They are punctual, professional, friendly, and do a great job. I had them take away a wool rug to be cleaned, and it was beautifully cleaned, dried and wrapped for me to pick up. "I discovered petpee.com when I was searching online for ways to remove the urine odor from our 10’ x 14’ Karastan wool oriental rug. I had planned to clean the rug myself, but I was intrigued by the videos I saw on YouTube of petpee.com’s owner, Meir Martin, demonstrating how he cleans rugs like mine. I searched for petpee.com reviews and was blown away by the number of glowing reviews that had been written by satisfied customers. I knew then and there that I wanted to turn my rug over rug to Mr. Martin to finally get rid of the urine odor that had been building up for over 10 years. I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me. After getting over the sticker shock, my husband gave me the green light to send the rug to petpeepee.com. I think he was more interested in getting rid of my constant complaints about the urine odor than the actual odor itself! Mr. Martin walked us through how to pack up our rug for shipping via UPS, having us send him pictures to make sure we had prepared it properly. Even though we followed his instructions, I received an email from UPS 5 days later that my rug had been lost. I was regretting my decision to send my rug off for cleaning, UNTIL Mr. Martin worked his magic! I’m only the second customer in all the years petpeepee.com has been in business to have her oriental rug go missing, but that was to my benefit, because Mr. Meir knew exactly who to call (in Utah, of all places!) to track down my rug. Mr. Martin called his contact at UPS every day to check on whether my rug had been found and kept me posted each day for a week. On the seventh day after UPS reported my rug had been lost, Mr. Martin called me with the happy news that my rug had been found!!! Apparently some of the tape I had used to secure the label to the package was not completely flat and caused the label and bag to tear. Mr. Martin received my rug via Next Day Air from UPS on August 23 and began the cleaning process the next day. I loved receiving videos and pictures of the rug being cleaned and getting updates from Mr. Martin throughout the process. We received the rug back on September 2, and it smelled as fresh as it did the day we bought it! It looked so clean and new – worth every penny we paid to have petpeepee.com clean it. I really need more than five stars for my recommendation of petpeepee.com and Meir Martin. He is a true professional and the best communicator of any service provider I’ve ever encountered. I will be sending him more rugs soon! When I do, I will be VERY careful about packaging them, including using a HEAVY DUTY bag and taping multiple labels on the inside and outside of the package and making sure EVERYTHING on the outside is smooth and flat. "Started off a little rough. I was informed when I set up appt. that employees would where masks. Both employees entered our house without masks. We informed them of this and they put them on. When they left our house, they left a stain 12 inches in diameter on our driveway plus a smaller one. If it was not for these items, I would have given an A."

"First vm (9/26) was not responded to; 2nd call (9/30) I called and got a person but again, I got no call from repair service. I then got a call from Caleb (10/1) asking if repair service had called me (no); I called again (10/5) and finally received a call from Kaitlin that evening to schedule an appointment. No service appointment was available until 10/29! This is so not acceptable to have to wait this long, through no fault of my own, to have a broken blind looked at!"

"After a Coit truck left my driveway following some upholstery cleaning, I found an oil spot on my pavers where the truck had been parked. I called and was told that they could easily remove the spot and would come back to do this at the end of the week. No one showed up or called with an update. This was at the end of April. It is now near the end of June. I have called them at least 6 or 7 times to find out if they would come to remove it. During that period I think they have come either 2 or 3 times to work on this spot which was supposedly easy to remove. I always had to call them since they never left a note or called to say they had been here. The last time they were here was 5 or 6 days ago. The spot is certainly less visible, but it’s still there despite their assurances that it was totally gone. Will not use Coit again. Ever."
