"Professional and courteous. The folks on site took time to answer any question, wore masks and cleaned up well. They did great job painting the stucco after insulation and patching - house looks great. The insulation is already making huge difference in my 1911 house in Minneapolis- not sure the boiler will kick in till December."

"Ivan came out to replace our garage trim due to squirrel damage and did a fantastic job. He was timely, responsive, and easy to communicate with where I had questions. Very easy to work with Ivan. Squirrel crisis averted and garage looks very good - high quality job by Ivan. I also had Ivan look at an ice damn issue we have been having on a section of our home. Ivan assessed the insulation, showed me the issue with lack of insulation (there was only 3 inches) and the building standards, gave me a fair price on insulating, and a week later he has insulated this section of our home. I am confident this will take care of our ice damn issue. I also could not believe this was not caught when we bought our home and again had insulation checked by a company last year after paying $3000 in ice dam removal. "Very well, these guys are great, they seal everything right and load tons of insulation. My house is now at a R60. And this was not cheap, however I do not expect heating costs to go down for many years to come unless we all go solar."

"They 2 gentlemen that did the install were very polite. They arrived right about the time the dispatcher said they would. They were quick and cleaned up after themselves. The price was competitive with other contractors. I choose UZ Insulation because of other reviews and my interaction with Jeff the estimator. During the installation, they did knock the bathroom vent pipe loose. Someone is scheduled to come back and re-connect the pipe. I expect that my rating will stay the same after the vent pipe is fixed. Update: The guys came back this morning to check on the vent pipe. It was still connected. The insulation was just so thick that it covered the pipe. Embarrassing on my part. The guys were very polite again. I would highly recommend UZ Insulation."

"Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."

"The mold was removed.  However, the contractor was supposed to replace some insulation that was removed for cleaning. That
 insulation has not been replaced.  Also, a roll of carpeting was taken from the basement after he was instructed to not take it away.

In phone calls and texts he had informed me that he had the roll of carpet and would return it and re-install the insulation, and has yet to do so several months later.

I would not recommend this contractor.
