Everyone I dealt with at UZ was very professional from Jason the estimator, to John and Austin the installers as well as personnel in the office. Did a great job, told us what they needed to do and were doing and did a great clean up job. There needs to be more contractors such as these folks!

UZ Insulation was wonderful to work with! They showed up when scheduled, I received a fair estimate, and they notified me about the rebate program with CenterPoint Energy. All of their employees were personable and represented the company well. I had a unique situation that required extra phone calls and assistance, that had nothing to do with the work that UZ performed, and Tim M. and Angie were unbelievably patient and went the extra mile to help me. I highly recommend UZ for insulation work! The best part is I no longer smell cigarette smoke from an adjacent unit! Thank you UZ Insulation!

the crew that came out to my property did excellent work ,they keeped me informed on the process and how things were going, they insulated my house and 3 car garage they brought my existing house insulation up to a R 50 value and also R 50 value for the garage as it is heated in the winter months, they added a lot of shouts and sealed off various different ares snd cracks. very competitively priced. pleasant kind and respectful of my property. cleaned up nicely

They 2 gentlemen that did the install were very polite. They arrived right about the time the dispatcher said they would. They were quick and cleaned up after themselves. The price was competitive with other contractors. I choose UZ Insulation because of other reviews and my interaction with Jeff the estimator. During the installation, they did knock the bathroom vent pipe loose. Someone is scheduled to come back and re-connect the pipe. I expect that my rating will stay the same after the vent pipe is fixed. Update: The guys came back this morning to check on the vent pipe. It was still connected. The insulation was just so thick that it covered the pipe. Embarrassing on my part. The guys were very polite again. I would highly recommend UZ Insulation.

The contractor did exactly what they said, did a great job.

They are scheduled to actually do the project Jan 22nd. It is an older home, and we have some unique situations that have caused us some plumbing woes during ultra cold weather. Jeff Zinken was thorough in his evaluation of what needed to be done. The bid that was submitted was very detailed as to what would be done. We received a bid from another contractor where it was a little sketchy. The bid pricing was competitive and fair. I worked with Angie in their office on the Energy Rebate paperwork. I am certain from the way they have conducted business with me so far that this project will be done effectively and correctly.

Was able to schedule the work with minimal wait time. Friendly and polite workers who showed up on time and were conscientious about not making a mess. They completed the job quickly and efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly. They completed all steps for me to obtain My Xcel Energy rebate and they file all paperwork.

Awaiting on their asbestos Exam, if they can continue. Therefore can not comment on their quality, value, service Need somesort of rating to continue - so it's not really 0.5
