I give Bratt Tree Service high marks but there was a lesson learned from this experience. I had tied plastic tape around several trees to be removed, and unfortunately, one tape around a red pine disappeared before Bratt came to do removal. Through misunderstanding, the wrong tree was removed...

They are very reliable, always do good work.  If the lawn doesn’t need mowing they are just fine with not charging us for that week.  They remove snow for us as well.  If we call them they will come out right away. They have great customer service.
