The salesman told me which branches should be removed, the man that cut them decided one of the branches that should have been cut off, shouldn't be because it looked better. Not only did they do the work expected which was taking down a 100 year old maple without damaging anything nearby - but they were meticulous in cleaning up as they went and being careful about leaving the yard in better condition than they found it.
