"Work done was okay. A lot of landscape fabric showing, so not the best looking. The real problem has been since the work was done. Had to just wing it. Now the rock has shifted and the water flows toward the house. If i keep it flowing, it's going to get the basement wet. Same problem here, no answer from Jay. Communication has been poor the whole process. The only contact is Jay, so if he doesn't want to reply, you're out of luck."

"Was charged 3x more than the quote with no previous notice or explanation!!! ??? After patiently waiting until 6/20 for a “spring” irrigation startup due to scheduling, was told by the technician that they would setup the system and come speak with me if any other charges or repairs were needed. Technician left with no communication and received a $250 bill the next morning with no choice. Customer service was terrible and received threats that they would trespass and remove parts from my system if I did not pay. Payment was made within 12 hours of receipt since, but terrible experience! So many opportunities for a more positive customer experience- even to apologize that the quote was exceeded without notification and no repair needs were indicated during the service ( even with explicit commitment to doing so ). Instead of owning it, the tone was abrasive and asking if I’d like the equipment removed from my property. I almost never write reviews but don’t want anyone else to unknowingly experience this feeling?"

"Cleve, the owner, was very supportive during my month of deciding whether to remove my 100 year old elm tree or not. It was a very difficult decision for me. Once I made the decision, he responded the very next day with his crew ready to remove my tree. He and his crew were very hand working and got the job done in one day. My elm had grown so large that the tornado fence post was embedded into the side of my tree. Cleve and his crew were able to remove the entire trunk from the metal post before grinding up the stump completely. I have used this company for three other jobs and have been satisfied with their work and very pleased at the reasonable price of each job. A Tree Service is a great family run business to work with!"
