Father and son company based out of Lakeville, MN. Sub out a fair amount of work and keep the rest in house. Billing procedure is 10% down to lock in crew, pull permits and lock in build date, 40% day we start, and 50% the day we are done.

Finally, a contractor that does what he says, gets it right the first time, and at a very reasonable cost. Jim, Glen, Jordan and Jake were polished professionals, knew their craft, the TREX product, and the best way to make our ailing deck look stunning again.
