"The gentleman was polite and punctual. There seemed to be a disconnect in what we thought we were purchasing and what he was able to provide. We were looking for someone to come in and take a look at our yard to get ideas on items such as wood chips or stone in our landscaping. The guy seemed to be more geared towards doing the plans for a new home with no previous landscaping. He did say he would do a drawing and he does them by hand and he said he would come up with the plans but we never heard from him after that.
