"The owner of the company is courteous and prompt. He arrives when he says he'll arrive. I asked him if he could repair a botched concrete job (by another company) I had on my sidewalk last year. I thought it would cost a substantial amount to repair, but he didn't charge nearly as much as I was expecting and did the job immediately. I was extremely pleased. "The gentleman was polite and punctual. There seemed to be a disconnect in what we thought we were purchasing and what he was able to provide. We were looking for someone to come in and take a look at our yard to get ideas on items such as wood chips or stone in our landscaping. The guy seemed to be more geared towards doing the plans for a new home with no previous landscaping. He did say he would do a drawing and he does them by hand and he said he would come up with the plans but we never heard from him after that. We put not applicable for some of the grades as we never received the full service."
