We requested bids from several vendors, but Garrett of MLR was the only vendor who contacted us by phone (not just a brief text) and showed interest in our project. Jeff came to our home and helped us articulate what we wanted our yard to be like. We installed sod on only two sides of the yard (facing the streets) along with an in-ground irrigation system.
