We had sparks coming out of our outlets (that he didn't cover even though he said he ordered them and would return) and had to call an actual trained Electrician. The electrician told us whoever did the work didn't know what they we're doing. So, we had to pay extra to have three chandelier's re-installed / re-hung correctly and the outlets update.
