"Kevin did excellent work, on time, and at a very reasonable price. We had extensive woodpecker damage to the wood siding on our cabin at Mille Lacs. Kevin recommended seamless steel siding, sent us a color wheel, scheduled us in a reasonable period of time after we agreed to hire him, started and finished on time. Excellent fit and finish on our new siding, fascia boards, and soffits. Good clean up. Kevin found some rot in the studs supporting our lakeside windows. After a phone discussion, he replaced the studs and the windows the next day, picking up materials in Brainerd on the way to our property. They look great. Can't go wrong with Kevin."

"The roofer arrived a day early and evaluated the damage.  He asked if we had any replacement shingles since he had none. I provided a couple of replacement shingles.  He patched the damage and glued the replacement shingles with a tar substance.  The job was finished in about 15 minutes.  He checked the roof for additional damage when asked.  A minimum charge for a service call applied.  I was pleased with the service and professionalism of the roofer.

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"It was challenging finding a pro for my small siding repair job. The south siding on our house had several pieces of siding that had started buckling and leaving gaps to the house exterior. I sent requests for bids to four companies. One didn't even respond and another said they weren't taking repair jobs. The third stopped by to give me an initial estimate, which was way too expensive, and they claimed the siding was looking old and may break when trying to repair it. They also didn't even follow through with the written estimate like they said they would. James, from Casarez Construction, on the other hand, gave me a very reasonable estimate and was able to fit me in among larger jobs, even though he's very busy. Both he and his crew member were respectful and professional. They restored the siding back to the way it should be affixed to our house. They also took time to explain that the nails originally used to install some of the siding were too large, and the siding was nailed too tightly to the house in some places, resulting in the misalignment we needed repaired. James did a great job at a reasonable price, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire Casarez Construction again for my siding needs."
