"We used them to update our bathroom. They had a good selection of options and products and I was able to do a lot of customizing, without driving up the price which was great. The contractor that actually did the bathroom remodel work was so excellent - he made sure I was involved in the last minute design changes and that everything would work for our family. My only complaint is I wish they would do the complete project, including touching up paint and flooring. However, the shower and bath we got are absolutely amazing and I absolutely love our new bathroom!"

The guys doing the work were very pleasant, but kept working the entire day and half the way into the evening. I love these men and their ethics. So I hired them to do my kitchen next. "They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."

"The gentleman who came was punctual and polite. He was easy to talk to and took into mind our thoughts. We had wanted a big sunroom but found that certain design constraints by the city were an issue. My negative experience was after the quote was generated. We never like to make a decision right away and want to talk about timing before making a decision. But this person and his boss kept saying, "What can we do to make you change your mind?" I got really mad about it because I would like to get additional information and quotes. I felt that making this type of push gave me a negative impression about their company, which i had a positive view of initially. I will post an update should we decide to move forward. I hope the company reviews this and makes an effort to be more considerate of potential customers.
