We started in 1998 as Cornerstone Concrete & Masonry Inc. We were mainly doing just knew construction. Footings, block walls and all flatwork pertaining to a new home. In 2009 we expanded to Poured walls. Replacing our block division. Thus the name change. Now Concrete Solutions. We have done over 3,000 foundations and flatwork for new homes. As well as quite a few apartment complexes. Along with the new home construction. We have done 100's of tearout and replacement of concrete driveways & patios. We also do colored and stamped. All of our exterior jobs are reinforced with a grid of rebar. We keep all of our control joints at 5 feet or closer. This helps control of excess cracking! We take great pride in our experience, expertise, quality, and customer service that we provide to meet the consumers needs. Steve is a very hard worker, puts in a full days work, covers up absolutely everything that might catch a stray drop of paint and cleans up each day before he leaves. Steve knows his business and gets it right. I had initially hired him for a week, but the job was huge, so he gave two more days before he had to move on. He repaired miles of tape on corners of sheetrock that had pulled away form the edges ( typical of newer house builder quality, unfortunately!). He also repaired dozens of nail pops and then needed to repaint entire walls, including an entire winding staircase. I also had Steve repaint the kitchen , dining area, dining room and major portions of three bedrooms and the basement . This was a BIG JOB and very tedious. As always, Steve did a first class job at a very fair price."
