"My wife and I needed a fence segment installed and a 10ft wide driveway gate to keep our German Shepherd contained the backyard. Northland was hands down a great company and I would recommend them for any fence job. We went with steel wrought iron and it’s absolutely beautiful. We contacted about 8-10 different companies, and Northland’s pricing and options were by far the best. They had a few different styles of fencing and gave us a price breakdown for each one. They were the first company we contacted and they even recommended two other places to see if they would offer a better price, although they did not and we went with Northland regardless. The first step was to remove our old fence, which they did in no time at all, and then they drove the posts into the ground. They came back just over 1 week later to install the fence and gate and they did a wonderful job. If you have Nick and Alejandro installing it they’ll do excellent work. Whenever we need another fencing project complete we will contact Northland. Overall they had great customer service and we couldn’t be happier with the results."

"My driveway was repaved about a month and a half ago. I was led to believe from the estimator, as well as the written estimate, that my entire driveway would be *milled*, or cut down (lowered) so that when the new asphalt was put down, my driveway would not be any higher (a concern for me, hoping not to add issues for me when mowing). Now my driveway IS higher and I have to mow so that I do not cross the driveway while mowing or else the mower deck will bottom-out. I have to wait to see about the quality of the asphalt; it seems like it is dried out and needs a sealer. There is also a bit of a hump where there had been a repair joint, so I am guessing it will not be long before I have a crack there."

I asked him if he would give me a quote to do my driveway. He said maybe we could work out a trade, a new driveway for a 1999 GMC pickup that has been sitting next to my garage for years. We made a verbal agreement and it was a done deal. I got rid of a truck and got a new driveway, talk about killing two birds. It all happened pretty quick too. The size of the driveway and the quality of work could not have been any better. His workers were friendly and at times entertaining. They work very well together, putting any of my concerns at ease. The service before, during and after was unbelievably great. It went so well I thought it was too good to be true and something had to go wrong but it didn't, Tom wouldn't allow it. I finally found someone that was as big, if not a bigger perfectionist than myself. My wife and I couldn't be happier."
