"We determined that the tree needed to be removed ASAP. I called All Season's Tree Service on Monday morning and asked for an estimate. Larry came later in the morning and gave us an estimate. We did not receive timely bids from the others we asked. The estimate we received from Larry was reasonable. We said we would like to go ahead with All Season's. The next morning, Tuesday, three men came with their equipment. They went about their work in a very professional manner. The tree was methodically removed with no damage to our property! Cleanup was fantastic!! You would hardly know there had been a tree in our front yard. I would highly recommend All Season's Tree Removal!!!"

We called 4 different contractors, John from Don Green's Dirt Service was the only one that called us back. He came out within the week and gave us a quote. It took time trying to discuss with 10 people. John stopped out for a second time and gave us 3 different options as price was a concern. Once we all agreed on price/work, John and his team were able to come out the next week and complete work. A few of us watched the whole process. You could tell how efficient they were as doing this many times. Work was completed in 1 day and for quote amount. There was extra gravel used but John did not charge us any extra. The road looks great and concerns were fixed. John and his team took the time to walk us thru the project and inspect before payment. They did such a great job on this we are having them back in the spring to clear part of our land.

"The workers on site were wonderful -- we were very happy with the work as it was being performed, and they were very careful with surrounding area (drive, sidewalk, lawn) and did an excellent job overall. They were friendly and very respectful of us and our home/yard - a joy to have around.
My dissatisfaction was with the level of responsiveness I received from the owner after accepting his bid and sending a deposit check in (up until the deposit was sent, he was very quick to give a bid, explain the process, and return calls to answer questions).
After being told that the landscape crew was "a few weeks out" it took about 6 weeks for the job to happen, and that was after several calls to the owner to get an update on status. I understand that other projects ahead of mine may fall behind schedule or go beyond scope, however I was never updated on timing at all and was left wondering if he even received the paperwork with the deposit check. The only proactive note I received from him was the email on Friday at 5p indicating that the crew can start Monday morning, and 'will someone be there that morning'.
Upon project completion, my husband inadvertently gave payment in full, per the invoice, to the lead worker at the site (not factoring in the deposit check I sent in 6 weeks earlier to secure the bid). After immediately contacting the owner to let him know about the mistake, I asked him not to cash the check. I received no reply, and 3 weeks later the check was cashed. Now I need to go thru the hassle of trying to get that deposit money refunded. While the work performed was wonderful, the business management and
customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

"We have used Greener Alternatives for our lawn service for several years.  We sign up for the annual serivce of treatments for fertilizing and weed control.  When we first hired the company several years ago, we had more weeds than lawn.  After a couple of years, the neighbors were commenting on how great our lawn looked --all we did was cut it, Greener Alternative took care of the rest.
Last year we decided to try a different company that had quoted us a lower rate.  That was not a great experience, our lawn looked worse than it had in several years.  We returned to Greener Alternatives this year and are once again pleased with the service.  The technicians show up several times during the spring/summer/fall and apply the treatments.  They leave their report in the door with suggestions for watering, etc.  We are very pleased with the service.
