You pay by the space used. They utilized every last inch in that truck! My job took more than one load and I swear they were gone less than 15 minutes to get a new truck and back reloading again. "They do not pick up pianos unless it is under a certain weight, they won't take it down more than two steps, and it isn't wet outside. This should be advertised on their website! I chose them because I needed the piano moved along with a huge pile of other stuff. I still had them remove the other stuff, but if I had known, I would have hired somebody else instead. I felt that their TV ads are misleading that they will take anything and their written list of items they will take is also misleading as it states they will take pianos. Besides that, the guys were good that moved the junk and they moved quickly and were on time."

"These guys take your money and if they screw up they drop you! They took my filter cover off then put it in incorrectly so the filter wasn’t running properly then when I told them about it and that my water smelled like mildew they dropped us! James is a complete jerk! I told him my sick daughter needs a clean hot tub as that’s the only relief from excruciating bone pain and he said she shouldn’t be going in the hot tub and continue to say he can’t “satisfy our needs” so we were dropped immediately! Our needs was simply for them to do what they were hired to do, and we were even nice about it but he was a complete jerk! Avoid!!!"
