"ROSS AND HIS CREW OF THREE WERE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE GAVE ME A BID AND TWO DAYS LATER POURED THE CONCRETE SINCE HE WAS ALREADY WORKING IN THE AREA.
