Absolutely amazing professionalism and cleanliness. Showed up and even gave me an exact time that they were on their way. Cleaned and wiped everything up. Would recommend to anyone who is needing anything plumbing related done.

The first time I had Ike out for a free quote, he came and gave me tips for all the plumbing things in my new home. The plumbers who came out to do the work were friendly and efficient. This time, with the washing machine issue, the plumber was delayed for several hours. I called into the office and got updates twice. Another plumber was sent over since the assigned one was caught up in another job. This plumber was also friendly and efficient.

It did not go the best. They are just minutes away so we called them. They said they would charge $125 for snaking. The guy that came out was very nice and polite. He snaked the toilet but then had to make a phone call and after the phone call decided he had to take the toilet off it's base. I asked him if he was a plumber and he said no. He was told to snake it again after the toilet had been removed. He decided to pull the snake back up and called someone again. They told him to go deeper. He was here for at least 2 hours. He did remedy the problem after a few calls and snaking but they ended up charging us $250. They said this was because they had to go to the main trunk but they did not explain this to us up front. We will probably not use them again. If they are willing to refund $125 back to us, we will be wiling to change the review.

They are very clean and efficient. They have very good manners.

It went well. The service provider was very kind. He did charge me for products that I did not know he needed, so the bill was a little higher than expected but overall customer service was great.

Service went great!  They vented the laundry tub which wasn't an easy task because of location of tub to location of vent pipe.  They also took care of a wiggly toilet.  The difficulty was when paying.  When the appointment was set up, we told them we were going to pay by check and with that, we were informed that we would need to pay that day.  Perfect - no problem.  Checkbook was out and ready to pay that day but the gentleman that did the work said he would have the office girl let us know how much we owed.  10 days later, no call.  A strict deadline according to our purchase agreement for the sale of the house was fast approaching.  2 days left so I called asking how much we owed and if we could get a receipt.  Another day later, another call, finally got a total.  The billing process should not be a problem but it was and I'm still scratching my head wondering if they like getting payed.

Tyler came in to do the work on our shower drain in the basement foundation which had rusted out being cast iron.  He had to jack-hammer it out, replace the pipe and put it all back together again.  He cleaned up all the mess of chunked up cement.  He also had to replace the utility sink faucet which was in sad shape.  I was expecting to pay more for the 2 hours he was here but thought $350 was very reasonable.

I had first called about the water in the upstairs shower and scheduled an appointment.  that night  the lift went out and we called them again to come out before the basement flooded.  He did come and check but said  he would need to come back and he was there first thing in the morning with everything he needed, came in, fixed everything quickly and efficiently and was on his way.  I knew from the call, what the hourly charges were, and from the night before what the estimated charges would be and there were no surprises, except he didn't charge me for the visit the night before since " I didn't do anything and don't think it's fair to charge you for that."  Travis explained all he did and why he did it, and let us ask all our questions.
Now a few words from husband, Lou.   I can't believe my Wife is writing such a glowing review about a service that charged us whatever the amount was ( the Wife / Boss doesn't let me see the checkbook).   Seriously, though, Travis, the Young Man who fixed our problem, was a pro.

Ike answered the call early this morning and arrived quickly. He discovered the problem and was able to give us a diagnosis and solution without it costing us money. Turns out tub wasn't leaking. It was just a soppy wet kid who left the shower curtain open while the shower was running. Ike was professional and courteous about the situation. We are thankful he didn't charge a service call fee. We definitely will keep his contact information handy for the next time we need a plumber.

Sump pumps stopped functioning in the late weekend hours of Memorial Day. They were very full and at risk of flooding the basement.
Called Ike at 9p he came over within 30 minutes to unclog a sump pump. Other sump pump was determined to be defective (even though it was less then a year old. A tech came over the next day to replace the broken pump.
Quoted me around $800, but the final bill was $600. Actually, I had to call to get invoiced. Ike joked he knew where I lived and he was just backed up on invoicing since it happened over the holiday weekend.
Ike and his crew are nice guy -- honest and tell it like it is. Reasonable rates.

Called Ikes and explained situation regarding leak in basement. They checked in the morning, then returned to perform the work in the afternoon. Was quick and punctual.

As usual, it went very well. They arrived quickly since it was leaking all over her laundry room and they cleaned up when finished. As a Realtor, I have recommended Ike and his company to many clients over the years and have had him personally do plumbing at my house, my investment properties and relative's homes.

The whole experience was great! Ike worked with us to diagnose the problem and figure out a solution. Throughout this process Ike was honest and more than fair. Once we knew what needed to be done Ike made sure we knew up front what the cost would be and what we would get. When Ike began the work he discovered that there were some additional challenges that would make the process take a little bit longer. He did not charge us more even though he had to do a bit more work. Overall we were more than pleased with his work and the way in which he runs his business.

They have done a lot of jobs for me. They charged me $190 the last time I used them. I think the employees are ethical and honest. They are better than most plumbers. So, I have used them for about 10 jobs for my clients. I would use them again in the future.

Ike's was on time, and they did a good job.

The broken sewer line 17 feet under the concrete street was replaced in one day. Ike provided a quote on 29 Dec and arranged for all the services to mark their lines in the morning on 30 Dec even though we had not yet chosen his quote. He told me that if we wanted to get the line fixed this was required regardless of who did the job. Heand his crew arrived at 730am had the street concrete cut, hole dug (8'x10') and broken pipe out by 130pm. He had the city inspector at the site by 230pm to approve the work. The pipes repaired and hole filled and covered by730pm. They were very friendly and welsoming whenever I came outside. By the way it was a high of 10 below zero. We had the sewer line reinspected by another company and they reported that he did an excellent job as they felt no mismatch on the repaired pipe section. They will recommend him for future customers.
