However, the fix requires tile work instead, so, we have to find another contractor to fix the bathroom wall tiles. Good clean job. Very thorough and professional."

His crew was very polite, took great care to cover floors, and cleaned up very thoroughly after they finished. Had a leak from the utility sink after the install - foreman came an hour after I called and fixed the problem and cleaned up the water. A couple weeks later there was water again under one of the windows. Rob and his foreman came at 9:30 that night, a half hour after I called, to look at the problem, which was from the window well. The crew was back the next day, fixed the problem, and the basement has been dry ever since. I would absolutely recommend Rob and his crew and am thrilled the basement isn't wet anymore!
