"Install seemed to go OK, crew was great - only reason I?m giving two stars. Communication with this company was horrendous. Scheduling my initial measurements was hilarious, because their staff doesn?t understand that I work on call and my schedule can change - I would give them at least 24 hours notice in the event I needed to reschedule (which is 26 hours more notice than they gave me). The grumpy old lady that handles the scheduling gave me attitude over it - the idea that I could POSSIBLY need to reschedule - like it was the biggest inconvenience of her day, and almost lost my business right then. Stupidly, I brushed off her attitude and incompetence, and decided to proceed since I had a signed contract anyway. They were supposed to show up between 8am-12pm - waited till 10am (after I took the day off work and lost several hundred dollars) to tell me the crew couldn?t make it, and rescheduled me TWO WEEKS OUT. "Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
