"It went wonderful. Larry cleaned and sealed my granite counter top and caulk on 2/21/22. For some reason the sealant did not go as well as I had hoped. Contacted Larry 2/22/22 and sent pictures, he responded right away and came back. He stripped the sealant off and rebuffed my counter tops. They look like glass. It appears black counter tops are very dense and don't always take to the sealant - no excuses from Larry, he just worked to please. He fixed a scratch as well. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family."

"We started with a different tile guy that was recommended to us, but after the first day of work on our kitchen backsplash, there were more inconsistencies than we could deal with. We really didn't know what to do, luckily we called Quality Tile and Dean rescued us! He has such a calm and patient demeanor, and is so incredibly knowledgeable, we felt comfortable right away turning the project over to him. Kept up-to-date on progress and daily arrival of technicians, company showed a lot of scheduling flexibility when concrete was still too-damp one morning to proceed to the next step - waited the weekend and the technicians returned. SRS's quote was the highest of three quotes *but* their quote was the most-realistic for time required with no attempts of "I can't give you this but what we *can* do ...""

"We get that sometimes things don't work out as you had planned -- but in our many years of home ownership, we have never had a wood floor that has looked so horrible in such a short period of time than the floor that Reimer coached us to buy and installed. After almost a year of going around with manufacturing reps, etc. and even speaking with Dennis Reimer himself -- Reimer was only willing to give us a small credit toward a new floor. We have one small dog (8 pounds) and our floor is scratched like we have a fleet of dogs running around; the edges of the floor are chipping and pealing and there are significant gaps between the boards where food and other morsels get caught ... and still Reimer will not stand behind the product that they recommended. $30,000 later will be heading somewhere else to replace our horrendous looking wood floors. We are certain that there are stores out there with more integrity and care for their customers than Reimer. We strongly encourage anyone looking for a quality, long-lasting flooring solution to steer clear of this local store with a big box attitude."
