"Horrible. (NAME REMOVED) took a deposit from us, told us he would install the fence within 6 to 8 weeks from April 14, 2025 and has never returned to start the job. We called multiple times to see when the fence would be installed, but were met with excuse after excuse. On September 26, my husband, (NAME REMOVED) contacted (NAME REMOVED) to request a refund. (NAME REMOVED) stated that he needed to complete a few jobs in order to give us a refund. We told him that we would contact him again in 2 weeks to see where we stood on the reimbursement. We called, did not get an answer, and not heard from him since. We sent him a demand letter on October 31 at approximately 1:45pm via Certified mail. The letter was undeliverable due to No authorized person available to sign for it. The letter was attempted to be redelivered on November 4, 2025 at 12:43pm, but was they could not access the delivery location. We want our money back"

We often work with historical organizations and architects to assure integrity of the finished product. At Ypsilanti Restoration L.L.C., we place emphasis on maintaining high quality workmanship. We employ only experienced and dependable workers with an eye for detail. We strive to maintain courteous and friendly relationships with our clients. We are licensed builders by the State of Michigan and we are proud members of the Michigan Historic Preservation Network Resource Council. Our policy is safety first, but we are fully insured for liability and workers compensation. Certificates of insurance are available if needed. We have a long list of satisfied clients. "M. Bland did a terrific job. Very responsive to emails, phone and texts and kept us up-to-date on permit, materials, weather delays. Showed up on day he indicated and worked until job was finished. Very conscientious with work, every day ended with him using power blower to clean up any sawdust or other materials. We would definitely recommend as the final install looks great and gates work well. All this after three years of trying to find a competent fence installer that would do what they said. We appreciate the businesslike approach of M. Bland. Thanks"

"They don’t deserve 1 star! This company is HORRIBLE!!!!!! PLEASE USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET COMING HERE. The lady claim all of the bad reviews are fake and that they have 100’s of happy customers. They are friendly in the beginning but once they have your money they are EXTREMELY RUDE. They hang up on you and stop answering the phones when you call back. I got my fence installed June 2020. The technician never went over the wood types or locks with me. Once installed I went back others because I wanted a different lock (the one they installed is cheap and it’s hard to lock & unlock). They never came out to change it. Now it won’t lock at all & not only that my fence is warping & there are nails missing and coming out of the fence. I went into the office today and when I tell you all of the employees are rude, the fat guy that work there called the cops on me lying saying he felt threatened by a 4’11” black woman while starring at me with a smirk on his face. Luckily I recorded the while interaction before I even walked in. PLEASE USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY KEN KIFULL, the owner Kevin, the fat guy & the entire staff are trash"
