"They showed up on time as promised. the staff were knowledgeable and polite> they let us know what they were doing and explained the outcome very well. We had a creosote build up and they assured us they could remove most of it. "Drew and crew removed three old lilac shrubs and a small tree, rootballs included, and were cleaned up and finished in under three hours. Hard workers, very focused, very professional. My only complaint would be that they came later than originally promised, but he did fit my job quickly into his busy schedule and kept me constantly updated on his projected arrival."
