They replaced much of the original wire and several lights and upgraded a couple of the teansformers. Also cleaned up and tuned up the entire system. "We hired Doug King of SMK Property Maintenance to complete our deck project. The work was originally scheduled to begin on October 14 but did not commence until November 4, and the project was not completed until December 10. What should have been a straightforward undertaking extended to nearly two months. During the process, we were advised to order the wrong product, which was subsequently installed and could not be returned. As a result, the deck?s initial appearance was unsatisfactory. There was lot of miscommunication between him and his contractors. We ended up with two different contractors and the second one completed To his credit, Doug corrected the issue by having the incorrect boards removed and replacing them with the proper materials. However, this required us to purchase the correct materials ourselves, further delaying the project. While the finished deck ultimately looks excellent, the overall experience was marked by significant frustration and avoidable setbacks. "

"Did a fantastic job (this review is late in coming as the work was done a while ago). We originally wanted a privacy fence but changed our minds and went with a 4 rail ranch fence. They were fantastic in accommodating the change. Install went perfectly. They came on the agreed install day, put up the fence and it is gorgeous! The new fence is super durable. We recently had an entire half of a tree fall on it, and the fence doesn't even have a scratch. Definitely high quality professionals that I highly recommend!"
