"They showed up on time as promised. the staff were knowledgeable and polite> they let us know what they were doing and explained the outcome very well. We had a creosote build up and they assured us they could remove most of it. "Great job was done to replace both the chimney cap and the water heater pipe. Rotted wood was replaced and rust was also painted. Good quality of material has been used.
